DEPOSIT
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis once a litter is born. A non-refundable $100 deposit per bunny is required to reserve your bunny and will be applied toward the adoption fee. The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup.

PRICING
Based on quality, type, coloring, gender, and age.
• Baby bunnies $800-$1,000
• Young bunnies $500-$800
• Retired bunnies $500-$600

SET UP REQUIREMENTS
We required specific indoor setup to be completed before your bunny goes home.
Failure to meet this requirement may result in your adoption being canceled without refund.

HEARTS CARE GUIDE
Once your bunny is reserved, you'll receive our Complete Hearts Care Guide with setup requirements, care instructions, feeding guidelines, and everything you need to prepare for your bunny's arrival. Please review our setup requirements carefully.

ELIGIBILITY
Approved adoptions are valid for 24 hours and include up to two adoption opportunities.
If you DO NOT submit the required deposit after your second approved adoption, you will no longer be eligible to adopt from us.

EXCHANGES
Bunny exchanges are not permitted after a bunny has been reserved or secured with a deposit.
If you choose a different bunny, a new non-refundable deposit is required, and your original deposit will be forfeited. 

All deposits are final and non-transferable, so please choose carefully.

CANCELLATIONS
We only place healthy, thriving bunnies that are ready for their new homes.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel an adoption due to health concerns, or deny an adoption if an adopter is disrespectful, uncooperative, fails to follow our policies, or does not complete the adoption process.
If we cancel for these reasons, all payments will be fully refunded.

The adoption process must be fully completed, including all required photo proofs of your setup & supplies, checklist with final clearance, before pickup.
If the adopter is unresponsive or the process remains incomplete 24 hours before pickup, we reserve the right to cancel the adoption without a refund.

Deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE if the adopter changes their mind, cannot claim their bunny, or cancels for any personal reason.

RETURNS
We do not accept bunny returns or exchanges. If you can no longer care for your bunny, please contact us about our Rehoming Placement Program, designed to help our bunnies find safe, suitable new homes.

BABY BUNNIES
• Baby bunnies must remain in our care until their designated Ready-to-Go (RTG) date and may not leave before 8 weeks of age.
• If your adoption is finalized within one week of the RTG date, a reasonable pickup extension will be provided.

BUNNIES 8 WKS UP
Reserved bunnies MUST be picked up within 7 days of their RTG date. Earlier pickup may be arranged once your setup is complete and approved. If the bunny is NOT picked up within 7 days and we have not been notified of an approved delay, the adoption will be terminated and all deposits/payments forfeited. If you wish to continue, you must reapply to adopt, subject to availability.

EXTENDED BOARDING
Extended boarding is available for $20 per day if you are unable to pick up your bunny as scheduled. Boarding fees must be paid in full with your reservation deposit. During boarding, your bunny will be cared for in a safe, clean, private enclosure.

TRANSPORT
Weekend transportation is available for home delivery or scheduled meet-ups. Transportation fees are based on distance and must be paid with your deposit. A $50 late fee applies if you arrive more than 30 minutes late. Service is available throughout Long Island, NYC, NJ, surrounding areas, and select airport deliveries.

ALL BUNNY PICKUPS REQUIRE A PET CARRIER (21” OR LARGER).
Bunnies will not be released without an appropriate carrier.

GENDER DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to accurately determine each bunny's gender before adoption. In the rare event of an error, we will offer a full refund upon the bunny's return or an exchange for the correct gender within 24 hours of pickup.

PEDIGREE
Our bunnies are 100% purebred and come from pedigreed lines. Pedigrees are available to approved breeders only.
Pet adopters will receive an Adoption Certificate. All bunnies are placed as pets ONLY.
Breeding rights are NOT included and breeding is strictly prohibited.

BABY PROGRAM
Our bunnies receive litter box training, daily socialization, and gentle desensitization to everyday sights, sounds, handling, and routines. Please note that while bunnies can be successfully litter trained (especially for urine), occasional droppings outside the litter box are normal, particularly during play, exploring, sleeping, or before they are spayed or neutered.

HEALTH CARE
We strongly recommend scheduling a wellness exam with a rabbit-savvy veterinarian within 7 days of bringing your bunny home.
Once your bunny leaves our care, all responsibility for its care, health, and veterinary treatment transfers to the adopter.
We are not responsible for any illness, injury, accident, or unforeseen circumstances after pickup.

VISITATION
We are a private, home-based rabbitry and do NOT offer in-person tours to protect our family's privacy and our rabbits' health and Biosecurity. To help you get to know your bunny, we share weekly photos (until they reach 4wks old) on our website and videos on our social media, and we're always happy to answer questions and help you find the perfect match.
