Policy Agreement

RESERVE
Reserves for our bunnies can be made once they are posted on our AVAILABLE page. Please understand that multiple people may be interested in the same bunny. Bunnies are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a bunny, a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit per bunny is required, as we do not hold bunnies without a deposit. Deposits can be made via Venmo or Cash App after your submitted Adoption Request has been approved. Once your deposit is received, your bunny will be marked as RESERVED.

VISITATION
We understand that you may want to meet our bunnies before adopting, and we truly appreciate your interest. However, we are not a store- these our loving pets in our private home. To protect the privacy and safety of both our family and our bunnies, we do not allow in-person visitations. Alternatively, we provide pictures of our bunnies from birth to present as well their profile videos at 4-5 weeks old.  We will also spend enough time with you to get to know your bunny & answer any questions you may have about their personality or other concerns.

PRICE

When it comes to pricing, each bunny is evaluated based on their type, coloring, eye color, gender, & age.

The prices for our baby bunnies ranges from $600-$800, while young bunnies ranges from $200-$600.  Retired bunnies range from $200-$500.

GENDER

We strive to provide the most accurate gender determination possible. In the rare event of an error, you may return the bunny for a full refund or exchange for the correct gender, provided this is done within 24 hours of receiving your bunny.

PEDIGREE
We are 100% purebred and pedigreed. Pedigrees are provided only to approved breeder buyers.
Pet adopters will receive an Adoption Certificate.
Please note that all of our bunnies are for PET purposes ONLY and are NEVER to be used for breeding under ANY circumstances.

BABY PROGRAM
All babies will have completed our Baby Program, which is specifically designed to focus on litter box training, socialization, and desensitization. This includes exposure to different flooring textures, such as wood and soft materials, to help prevent accidents.
Please Note: Although bunnies can be successfully potty trained, especially for Urine, there may be challenges with POO-training. Bunnies may drop poop during zoomies, binkies or even while sleeping. Bunnies that have not been spayed or neutered may mark their territory. 

CERTIFICATES

Our bunny Adoption Welcome Package includes their Personal Adoption Certificate, Bag of  Timothy Hay or Orchard Grass, & a weeks worth of (transition) Pellets.

WELLNESS CHECK

As a responsible owner, it is important to prioritize your new bunny's well-being.  We recommend scheduling a wellness check with a vet within the first week of bringing your bunny home.  Please understand that once the bunny is in your care, we cannot be held liable for any illness or unforeseen incidents that may occur.  Refunds & replacements will not be provided, & any medical bills will be the sole responsibility by the owner.  

All sales are final & non-refundable, without exception.

CANCELLATIONS

Our babies undergo thorough monitoring & evaluation from birth until they are ready to be placed into their new homes.  We ensure that all available bunnies for adoption are healthy, free from any illness, and at an appropriate weight. In the event of health-related concerns or any other issues affecting the bunny’s well-being, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time. This also applies if the buyer behaves disrespectfully or if there are valid reasons to prioritize the welfare of our bunnies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Please note that refunds will NOT be provided for cancellations or personal reasons on the buyer’s end.

RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BUNNY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We understand there can be unforeseen life changes, or even changes of heart when raising your bunny. If you find yourself needing to rehome your bunny, please reach out and we will do our best to provide you with guidance or resources.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES ON A BUNNY THAT HAS BEEN SECURED DURING ADOPTION OR AFTER THE BUNNY HAS BEEN CLAIMED.

HOME SET UP
A completed setup is MANDATORY prior to your bunny’s arrival, with NO EXCEPTIONS. Once your bunny has been secured, you will receive the Complete Hearts Care Guide to help prepare for you bunny's arrival.  

PICK UP
Once you secure your bunny, you will have one week to collect them. If your setup is ready sooner and you’ve submitted proof photos, you may schedule an earlier pick-up. Baby bunnies under 8 weeks go home on their designated RTG dates—no exceptions. Extensions may be granted for adoptions within a week of the RTG date.

On pick-up day, you must bring a pet carrier 21" or larger (photo required) and settle the remaining balance in cash. Maximum waiting time is 30 minutes with prior notice. A $20/day boarding fee will apply if you fail to collect your bunny on the scheduled day. If the bunny remains unclaimed for one week, it will be relisted for adoption with no refund.

BUNNY BOARDING
In the event that you are unable to collect your bunny on the scheduled date, we can board your bunny until you are able to pick them up. The boarding fee is $20 per day and must be paid upfront at the time of your deposit. Your bunny will be cared for in a safe and comfortable private enclosure during this time.

TRANSPORT

We provide transport service for families once a week (typically on weekends). Transportation can be arranged as a home drop-off or a designated meetup location for long-distance adopters. Fees are determined by distance and time and must be paid upfront with your deposit. Our transport service is available throughout NYC, NJ, PA, CT, and surrounding areas.

Once you have received confirmation of Deposit your bunny will be marked "RESERVED" on our website.
We will send you the Complete Care Guide and your total balance owed after we receive the Policy Agreement.
