RESERVE

Reserves for our bunnies can be made once they are posted onto our AVAILABLE page.  Please understand that there may be several people waiting for the opportunity to reserve the same bunny.  It is important to note that our bunnies are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  In order to reserve your bunny, please make a deposit as we do not hold them without one.  To secure a bunny, you have the option to make the (NON-REFUNDABLE) $100/per bunny DEPOSIT via VENMO, ZELLE or CASH APP after the submitted Adoption Request has been approved by us. Once you have made your deposit, your bunny will be marked RESERVED.  Baby bunnies will be ready to go to their new homes at 8wks old with NO exceptions.  Please remember that the final payment must be made in CASH on the day of the pick-up.

VISITATION

We understand that you may want to visit our bunnies before you adopt one.  However, we are not a store & these our loving pets in our private home. We value the privacy & safety of our family & our bunnies, so we don't allow visitations.  Alternatively, we provide pictures of our bunnies from birth to current as well their profile videos at 4-5 weeks old.  We will also spend enough time with you to get to know your bunny & answer any questions you may have about their personality or other concerns.

PRICE

When it comes to pricing, each bunny is evaluated based on their type, coloring, eye color, gender, & age.

The prices for our baby bunnies ranges from $400-$800, while young bunnies ranges from $200-$600.  Retired bunnies range from $200-$400.

GENDER

We try to provide the most accurate gender determination as possible.  In the event of an error, we are more than happy to accept the return of the bunny & provide you with a complete refund (within 24hrs), or alternatively, you have the option to exchange it for the correct gender.

PEDIGREES

We are 100% Purebred & Pedigreed.  We offer pedigrees to approved breeder buyers. 
Pet buyers won't receive pedigrees but will receive an Adoption Certificate.

Please note that ALL of our bunnies are for pet purpose ONLY not to be used to breed whatsoever.

BABY PROGRAM

All Babies will have completed our Baby Program, which has been specially designed to focus on litter box training, socialization, and desensitization. This includes exposure to different flooring textures such as wood & soft materials to prevent any accidents.
DISCLAIMER: Please note although bunnies can be successfully potty trained, especially when it comes to PEE-training, there can be challenges & less success when it comes to POOP-training. Bunnies might drop poop as they are doing zoomies, binkies or even while sleeping. Bunnies that have not been spayed or neutered might mark territory. 

CERTIFICATES

Our bunny Adoption Welcome Package includes their Personal Adoption Certificate, Bag of  Timothy Hay or Orchard Grass, & a weeks worth of (transition) Pellets.

WELLNESS CHECK

As a responsible owner, it is important to prioritize your new bunny's well-being.  We recommend taking your bunny for a wellness check to the vet within the first week.  Please understand that once the bunny is in your care, we cannot be held liable for any illness or unfortunate incidents that may occur.  Refunds & replacements will not be provided, & any medical bills will be the sole responsibility by the owner.  

Please be advised that all sales are considered final & non-refundable, without exception.

In the event that you are no longer able to care for your bunny, we offer the option to return the bunny to us along with a certified vet wellness check within a month of adoption & with our enclosure availability.

Please note refunds will NOT be granted.

CANCELLATIONS

Our babies undergo thorough monitoring & evaluation from birth until they are ready to be placed into their new homes.  We ensure that all available bunnies for adoption are free from any health issues, sickness, or being underweight.  In case of any health-related concerns or general concerns related to the bunny, I retain the right to reject the reservation at any given time.  This will also apply in case of feeling disrespected by the buyer or having valid reasons to ensure the welfare of our bunnies.  In such instances, a full refund will be provided immediately. 

Please note that refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations or personal reasons on YOUR end.

RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY BUNNY RETURNS.

We understand there can be life changes, or unforeseen changes, or even changes of heart when raising your bunny. If you are in  a situation where you need to rehome your bunny, please reach out and we will do our best to provide you with advice or resources.

HOME SET UP

You will receive the Complete Hearts Care Guide to assist with preparing for your new bunny arrival after your bunny has been secured. Please read all of it thoroughly! 

You will have a FULL WEEK to complete your bunny setup & to schedule your pick-up/delivery after sending  your picture proofs.

PICK UP

READY TO GO AT ADOPTION: Once you secure your new bunny you will have ONE FULL WEEK to collect your bunny. Most families are able to purchase, order & receive their supplies within this time. If you have your enclosure/supplies ready before then, & have sent us your picture proofs of your bunny's setup, you can schedule an earlier pick-up date.

READY TO GO "DATE": Baby bunnies adopted prior to 8wks old will be able to go to their new homes on their READY TO GO DATES with no exceptions!  We require complete set up with picture proofs to schedule pick-up on their designated RTG date. Babies adopted within a week of their RTG dates will have extension days to be able to gather supplies & have their setups ready prior to pick-up.  

On pick-up day, you MUST bring a pet carrier that is at LEAST 21" (or more bigger in size) & settle the remaining balance in CASH.  We require a picture of  your bunny's travel carrier (due to families bringing a carrier that is too small for their bunny). Our maximum waiting time on your scheduled pick-up date/time is 30 mins (without a late notice). If you fail to collect your bunny on pick-up day there will be a boarding charge of $20/day. If the bunny goes unclaimed for a week, it will be relisted for Adoption & there will be no refund!

BUNNY BOARDING

In the event that you are unable to collect your bunny on the scheduled date, we will happily board your new bunny until you are able to pick them up. The boarding fee is $20 per day & must be paid upfront when you make your deposit. Your bunny will be kept safely and comfortable in their own private enclosure.

TRANSPORT

Transport arrangements are not our responsibility.  However, if you need transport we can arrange delivery of your bunny to your home & discuss the fees.  Fees are determined by distance/time of travel.  Transport fees will be paid upfront with your deposit. We transport throughout NYC, NJ, PA, CT, and everywhere in between.

Once you have received your confirmation of payment your bunny will be marked "RESERVED".
