This has been honestly the best interaction/transaction/customer service I have ever received!

They guide you step by step, ask if you are ready to adopt immediately or be on a waitlist. If you had a bunny in mind and they are on the waitlist, they will go over many beautiful and gorgeous bunnies in case you may want to adopt right away.

I was one of those who was waitlisted
but we went through all of the available bunnies
and I fell in love with a bunny named Echo.

But what stands out to me versus other breeders is how they care so much about their bunnies well-being.
They are always looked after and make sure they are always happy, healthy and comfortable.
They take the time to get to know you, understand what temperament you may be looking for and what age.
They give you a Care Guide, make sure you have all of the right supplies, and a checklist. They want to make sure you are prepared to take home your pet.
