Heartsofhollandsnyc is pursuing several goals.

When raising our pet bunnies, we were inspired to improve the quality of rabbits by following the Standard of Perfection (SOP) established by the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA).
Our goal is to improve the general health, temperament, and quality by enforcing rigorous selection criteria to those with exceptional traits.
Maintaining a diverse gene pool is crucial to ensure health while minimizing genetic disorders.
Collaboration with fellow rabbit community is crucial to share knowledge
and best practices for the betterment of the Holland Lop & Netherland Dwarf breed.

We have worked hard in developing a specially designed baby program that prepares our babies for the ultimate litter box success and best temperament. Each baby undergoes this program as soon as their eyes open. We are so proud to hear that our litter box training program has been a complete success for our families. We are also pleased to wake up to families sharing with us how our bunnies have such wonderful temperaments!

HEAD TURNER

We are absolutely obsessed with massive round heads, adorable short lop ears & big curious round eyes.
In addition to the their lovable and massive heads, a solid & compact physique
weighing in at approximately between 2-4 pounds for Holland Lops & 1.5-3 pounds for Netherland Dwarfs full grown.

PUPPY+KITTY=BUNNY?

Every effort is made to ensure that each bunny receives ample socialization and develops a sweet temperament.
Our bunnies are regularly handled by individuals of different age groups, including elders, teenagers, and children.
In addition, they interact with other pets and display comfort in their presence.

BABY BUNNY BASICS

We believe in the importance of introducing sound and touch therapy from the beginning to help
desensitize and acclimate bunnies to its new environment. Baby bunnies are lovingly handled by our family daily.
Upon leaving the nest boxes, the growing babies are immediately introduced to
early litter box training as part of their seamless transition to their new homes.
This includes exposure to different flooring textures such as wood and soft materials to prevent any accidents.

PREVENTATIVE CARE

Bunnies 8 weeks and older are treated for Coccidia, Dewormed, and Mites as a preventative measure.
These treatments help to ensure that your new bunny is to be in the healthiest state before leaving our care.

Please note babies 6mths and under will follow our BABY DIET of Timothy Hay, Alfalfa Hay, Pellets & fresh water.
